Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
• Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems and other critical infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills.
• Respond promptly to emergency requests and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Experience:
• Proven experience in related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems and general maintenance.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising a team is highly desirable.
