About me: 24 years old trans man, working 2 jobs. i have a dog and two cats
About you: Ideally just a cool chill person, pets OK but backyard is not fenced in.
Notes:
-house is furnished, room is not.
-washer and dryer in unit
-upstairs, central air
-room available is at front of house with lots of light
-unfortunately, shared bathroom
-my cat has asthma as do i, so cant use any sprays / candles / scented laundry soap on anything in the common areas. no smoking indoors whatsoever, regardless of smoke - vape, weed, etc. in your room fine with window open / air purifier in the room, but nicotine has to be kept outside.
