Room for rent in quiet St. Roch neighborhood, 10 minutes from French Quarter/CBD, 5 minutes from St. Claude. Utilities/laundry included in price.

We're a small family of three (38f artist and event producer, 45m teacher and outdoor guide, kid) looking to rent our extra bedroom; an additional bedroom is rented by another roommate (20s, f). The available room has its own private entry and is currently furnished. The kitchen, living room, and two restrooms in the house are shared. Photos are from when we had holiday decorations up. 😊 The yellow-walled room in the photos is the bedroom for rent; the other photos are some shared spaces in the house.

Looking to rent this room to a femme person to maintain gender balance in the house; LGBTQ friendly. No pets, please. Deposit is half first month's rent. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We're generally asleep and up early for work, but have friends over about once a week to play D&D, which wraps at about 9pm.
