The layout of the 2-story house is: living room, one room for rent (downstairs), bathrooms, kitchen, utility room. The house has surveillance camera. The neighborhood is very safe.
The nice house is very comfortable and clean. Washer/dryer are available (no need coin).
Whole house is furnished (sofa, utensils, dinner table, washing, drying machines…). The bedroom has bed, table, and desk (no TV).
10-15 minutes of driving to Tulane SPHTM and downtown New Orleans (approx. 6 miles).
Paid by Landlord: Trash, recycling, and gardener.
Paid by Tenant: Water, Entergy bill (electric/gas); Internet (if desired). It would be approximately $90/month for internet, washing, drying clothes, water, electricity, gas bills per month, varied by seasons.
No pet; no smoking.
3 to 6 months lease required. One month rent refundable security deposit.
