I rent by the week (inquire about the price via text as it changes for the season) Room is fully furnished with a mini kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, coffee bar, king size bed, dual ceiling fans and your own window unit AC, house has an entry code and each bedroom door has a fingerprint code/ lock (No keys to lose)… Full access to gas stove and washer and dryer. You must supply your own soap. I will stock paper towels and toilet paper as well as bottled water. Huge 55” big screen 4k TV with free Hulu and Disney. free unlimited high speed internet access (WiFi or wired). Smoking area in back or front covered patio. Bar B-Q grill.. My competition would be hotels that charge upwards of $400 /wk or more. This room has a shared bath. But you can use any bathroom in the house and all doors have locks.
