We are looking for someone to help small business owners with mail, paperwork, bills, emails, some phone calls and general organization. It would be around 10 to 12 hours a week but there is a possibility it could grow to more with added responsibilities as would love to find someone who can become our true "right hand" person.
Knowledge of spreadsheets a must. Quickbooks and/or payroll would be nice but not necessary. Please be extremely organized as there is a lot of paperwork and mail that comes in every day!
You can mostly set your own hours and often work remotely and casual dress is fine.
Many of the bills are on auto debit so that's the easy part but we will want you to monitor utility usage and keep up with deadlines. And dealing with the SWB can be one pain in the rear so you need to have some patience for that. Much of the work is related to property management but on any given day it could be other things.
Of course please be trustworthy as we will run a complete background check.

Please have some related actual admin and office experience.
