Commerical/Residential Maintenance Construction Company looking for full-time employee to help manage office. Some duties include the following:
Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop
Payroll
Work with CPA
AR
AP
Payroll
401k Management
Fed And LA Govt forms, deadlines, updates, annual report
Paying Weekly and monthly and annual reports along with any money due
Year end tax with CPA ( W-2s, 1099s, etc)Pay 1099’ers when payroll done
Keep checks ordered and reconcile all bank accounts and charge accounts
Any upates or IT issues
Work with Insurance company all year to keep bonds payed, COI’s updated and requested updates
Monthly stmts to certain customers.
Answer phones
Keep all GC licenses updated.
All extra duties needed by owner
