I'm a danged good singer /front and my singing gets better when I'm performing with great players. Nearer 60 than 50 ...I've been around the "big time" (in mgmt) several lifetimes ago and have no interest in gigging a lot -just want to find the best musicians nearest me (Harahan, River Ridge, Old Jefferson) to put a couple set lists together and play a few of these stages, maybe some private functions. Ah, you also play madolin, upright bass, fiddle, pedal steel? Come on, this'll be fun. I don't smoke, drink or swear but I have plenty of PA gear and a potential rehearsal room in Harahan.
Often play a Takamine through the PA or the Princeton (or both if needed) and I don't play leads or riffs, always safe in the pocket with the bass and drums.
