We compose with plenty room for changes, melody, solos and leads. Always room for a special guest to sit in. Meanwhile, we will extend these ideas and progressions endlessly until you grab on to an idea. We are like a live loop machine, sometimes jazzy, sometimes funky, sometimes rocking! Influenced by everything! Our chord progressions will be beautiful and challenging, but seldom a typical 1,4,5. We are not closed minded to the blues, but would like to visit other musical spaces. Ideal for someone who wants to become a better player, has a unique, progressive mind and will add to our atmosphere.
Our preference is electric violin, flute, brass, or electric guitar. Rhythm is important. More vocals, more fun. Multi-instrument, even more fun! But if you play guitar, please also be able to hold down the groove also. We have plenty of instruments and amps. Percussionist are also welcome. We have a great place to record and jam, and hope to find some fun and regular friends and cool cats! 420 friendly but no addicts and please want to Improve in every Genre
We assemble regularly twice a week in uptown. Leave your name, number, instrument and any other relevant influences, then plan to show up on a day of your choice and I will have a mic, monitor and any other amp or instrument waiting for you. Just bring your main axe.
