Very Good condition with aged top (checking from factory). Spruce over Mahogany back and sides. 1 3/4” nut width. 24.75” scale. C Neck, comfortable, not fat or flat. Ladder braced 3.3 Lbs. Super responsive.

Sounds remarkably like the 1934 Kalamazoo I used to have but is much more playable and without the issues of an old guitar.
