***This is ALL architectural specified Premium # 1 quality, TREE FARM GROWN, 100% usable - NOT the much lower quality seconds called #2 and even the lower 3rd grade called cabin or builder grade found everywhere where they tell you 10% waste but really is 20% to 25% and higher is not useable. Manufacturer starts with 16 foot lengths, removes all of the lower grade spots, removes any miss-milled boards, any warped, twisted or bowed pieces so you do not have too. Every board is 100% usable, no waste.

Never used, down to 4 PALLETS with 1,128 square feet. ALL RANDOM LENGTH FROM 2 TO 6 FOOT LONG, in full pallets, hard heart pine flooring, from mature, TREE FARM GROWN timber, kiln dried to 6% TO 8% (Drying to 8% OR LESS is very important!), only dried to 10% to 15% will continue to crack, split, warp and box while drying after being installed, SO MUST DRY TO AT LEAST 8%. --Solid UNFINISHED 3/4" x 3 1/8" wide actual face coverage x 8 feet long in pallets. Old World tonged and Grooved ON BOTH SIDES AND BOTH ENDS MATCH.
