This is an outdoor advertisement position that spans several months.
Scheduled days are mainly on the weekend but vary week to week.
The shifts are 5 hrs per day.
All supervisors begin by learning the role as a driver/trainer (typically up to 2 weeks, depending on performance).
$100 - Training/driver rate per day
$250.00 - Supervisor rate per day
Supervisors manage teams of sign holders and drivers for retail promotional events.
You will be responsible for ensuring your location is properly staffed, operations run smoothly, and client expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee up to 8 team members
Ensure all shifts are fully staffed and running on time
Communicate with team members and company management
Maintain a professional presence with clients on-site
Monitor performance and resolve issues during shifts
Requirements:
Professional Attitude
A reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
A working cell phone that remains on during the shift
Able to download the Time Stamp App
Good communication skills
Able to follow instructions well
Able to staff sign holders and drivers
Punctuality
Ability to stay on task during the shift.
