We are seeking a dedicated and energetic FOH crew member to join our dynamic team. These positions play a crucial role in supporting our server staff to make sure our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong teamwork skills, a passion for hospitality, industriousness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure that guests are greeted with a smile, and assist servers and bartender with setting up and clearing tables, including bussing dishes and resetting tables, keeping the restaurant organized and operational.
Key to the position is being aware of what needs to be done at any moment, and be the person that steps in to help.
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others in the kitchen or dining area.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour including tips.
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week.
Evening shifts are the most likely schedule, particularly weekend nights.
