๐ง Core Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a world-class FOH team
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
Motivate and support staff to achieve personal and team success
Maintain high morale, address issues quickly, and uphold fair and respectful policies
Manage day-to-day front of house operations
Oversee and enforce opening, service, and closing checklists
Coordinate table/section rotation, takeout flow, and delivery handoffs
Monitor dining room and patio cleanliness, customer flow, and guest satisfaction
Build, manage, and communicate weekly staff schedules
Adjust staffing proactively based on sales trends, events, and seasonality
Track coverage, manage time-off requests, and ensure labor percentages are met
Monitor, measure, and optimize crew performance
Perform weekly 1:1 check-ins and shift evaluations
Track punctuality, guest feedback, and service quality
Provide coaching and document performance improvements or disciplinary actions
Help employees grow by setting goals and leading by example
Act as a key player in internal reporting and accountability
Work hand-in-hand with the Business Manager to prepare:
Daily or end-of-shift sales and labor reports
Weekly and monthly FOH recap documents
Vendor invoices, inventory logs, and restocking notes
Ensure administrative entries in POS/Toast are clean and accurate
Manage guest experience and build brand loyalty
Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints on the spot
Engage with repeat guests and show appreciation for their support
Ensure service styles and hospitality standards are met consistently
Oversee FOH supply chain and vendor relations
Track and replenish beverage, service, packaging, and condiment inventory
Communicate with suppliers and POS vendors to solve issues quickly
Support and grow social media and brand presence
Assist with content creation ideas featuring staff, food, and guest stories
Encourage team to promote Google reviews and online engagement
Help plan or participate in restaurant specials and local community campaigns
Collaborate on stories, reels, and social interactions

Serve as the point of contact between FOH and BOH for smooth service

๐ Social Media Leader:
Gather and post or collobrate with business manager about content regularly (photos, videos, stories)
Coordinate with Business manager to promote specials, staff features, guest experiences
Engage with comments, tags, and guest posts professionally
Help brainstorm and run growth-focused campaigns (giveaways, shoutouts, etc.)
๐งฐ Skills & Requirements:
4+ years of restaurant management or lead experience
Strong computer skills: POS, email, spreadsheets
Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Strong sense of hospitality and team-building
Capable of working collaboratively with business management
Able to enforce standards and uphold cleanliness
