We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our Pizza kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality food consistently. This is a leadership role requiring both culinary talent and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is not just a strictly Management position, this is a hands-on position as well.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, and sanitation
• Design and update menu items that align with our restaurant’s brand and standards
• Manage kitchen staff: hire, train, schedule, and supervise line cooks and prep staff
• Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
• Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage food cost and waste
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with ownership on specials, promotions, and seasonal menus
• Maintain a calm and productive kitchen culture, even during peak hours

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a busy restaurant (preferably a Pizza establishment)
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Must be reliable, organized, and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Food Manager Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
