Fleur De Lis is hiring a breakfast line cook for a high-volume brunch kitchen. This is a fast-paced service from start to finish, and we need someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and work well with a team.
Shift starts early. If you’re not a morning person, this is not the job.
Responsibilities:
•Cook and plate breakfast items quickly and consistently
•Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service
•Work with the team to keep tickets moving during busy periods
•Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Requirements:
•Experience cooking breakfast in a busy restaurant preferred
•Ability to handle high-volume service without slowing down
•Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
•Reliable and able to work early mornings and weekends
