Tuesday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – close (typically 10:00 to 11:00)
(Sunday & Monday closed)

JOB DUTIES
Wash and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils
Keep the dish area clean, safe, and efficient
Support cooks when needed
Work as part of a tight, drama-free BOH team
