There are multiple versions of the Eden Character, some are sweet and normal some are horrifying, screaming, hurt, unhinged, the actress needs to be able to switch seamlessly. In this scene there is the unhinged Eden, upset, crying, angry, then through a door on the other side of the room in an unaffected happy, Normal Eden, in this scene, do one shot, do both.

FADE IN:
INT. BEDROOM – NIGHT
Dark. Still.
The faint sound of CRYING breaks the silence.
I lie in bed, eyes opening slowly. The room is cloaked in shadow. Across the room, EDEN sits in a rocking chair, swaying slowly. She’s trying to hold back her tears — but they spill down her cheeks anyway.
The creak… creak… creak of the chair fills the room like a heartbeat.
I
(quietly)
Eden…?
She freezes.
Her head darts toward me. For a long, eerie moment, she just stares — eyes wet and glinting faintly in the dark.
EDEN
(voice trembling)
Why did you let them take me…?
I can’t answer. I just stare back.
EDEN
(through tears)
They electrocuted me.
They drugged me out of my mind.
They hurt me.
You said it would make me well.
You said the doctors would fix me.
But all it did… was make me hate you.
CLICK.
The light snaps on.
The rocking chair is empty.
I freeze, pulse pounding.
Then—
The door bursts open. ANOTHER EDEN rushes in from the hallway, panicked.
EDEN (SECOND)
Are you okay?!
I
Yeah… I think so.
She crosses the room, breathless, kneeling beside me.
EDEN (SECOND)
I went downstairs to get some water. Then I heard you screaming and ran back up.
I
It must’ve been a bad dream.
She nods softly, still shaken. I take her hand, guiding her back toward the bed.
They lie down together. The tension eases. The room returns to stillness.
In the corner — the rocking chair.
Perfectly still.
FADE OUT.
