Measures Approximately 3" Inches in Height and 19 1/2" Inches in Circumference and is in Excellent Vintage Condition with the usual signs of age and wear. The Dark Brown and Arburn Color Mink Fur Material give it a Retro look that is perfect for outdoor occasions. Rik-Rak Embroidered Inner-Band. It was made in the United States by Miss May of New York for Maison Blanche Stores In New Orleans in the 1960s and is an original piece.
