Beautiful, spacious house with double garage, driveway, and large back yard. House has one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs (which open onto a balcony) and one bathroom. Bedrooms and living room are carpeted. Other rooms include dinette room, living room, dining room, den, office, and a walk-in attic (with plenty of storage space). Except for the attic the other rooms have either ceramic tile or laminate flooring. House has central air and heat.

Appliances include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

Owner does not know of any time that the house has flooded.

One year lease is desired but will consider other options. Security deposit required.
