The main camp is furnished; beds and kitchen; with a/c and heat, washer/dryer, kitchen, 2 complete baths and showers, front and back porches, plus a flatboat, canoe, fishing kayak, and 2 Louisiana Cajun pirogues! Cabins and rooms to meet all budgets!!! I have 5 bedrooms in the main camp that I rent out separately. Room #1 at $200 , Room #2 at $275/wk, rooms # 4 and 5 at $250/week and 1 double room # 3 at $400/week with porch access and a private entrance with all utilities paid! **There is a $75 move in non refundable maintenance/clean-up fee for the maid! NOTE !!! No Exceptions!**
$200 PET DEPOSIT for pets! $25 extra per week for a pet or double occupancy or $100 per month.
All our cabins rent out at $250 - $350 per week single occupancy! We have 9 cabins on site, 5 sleeping cabins at $250wk or $875 month with tv, fridge and microwaves, and 4 new larger private full cabins with showers and kitchenettes; cabin 8 starting at $275 week/$925 month per room plus singles for double cabins 6 and 7 at $400/week/$1275 month and our family Cabin 9 sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms on the water at $600 week/$1800 month with its own private deck to fish off of . NOTE! ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. NO HIDDEN COSTS! Yes we have Wi-Fi!
