If you run across this particular Craigslist add, BEWARE!!!!!
This guy does terrible work, takes your money, and cusses you out when you need service on a new unit that he just installed incorrectly. He installed 2 units and both failed within 2 months. He said he will not stand behind his warranty. I am out over $3000 additional dollars for his poor workmanship and lack of follow-up. You would be wise to avoid this guy like the plague. He also does not provide a state license number; I doubt he has one.
I am considering legal action so anyone with a similar experience should contact me.
His post reads:

We also handle hot water heaters, ice machines, walk in beer coolers, freezers. We can also install Security Cameras as well. ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY MONEY BE ASKED FOR UP FRONT, AND IF YOUR NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED YOU WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO PAY ANYTHING. Feel free to give us a call.
