Small company with 200 employees and 3 locations needs a Part Time HR manager.
Schedule is flexible including ability to perform some of the work from home.
Primary Responsibilities will be
o Compliance at all of the companies regarding payroll, benefits, reporting, recordkeeping, etc.
o Perform periodic audits
o Manage employee issues
o Assist with the hiring of new employees
o Manage employee communications
o Publish company newsletter
