Hello. My name is Greg and I am looking for a place to live on the North Shore or in Metairie, close to my family. I am 41, a business owner, and looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment, condo, or house to rent with off-street parking and a Dec 1 move-in.

Don't smoke, don't drink, phenomenal credit, fantastic references, unmarried, no kids, no pets. I am returning to the Greater New Orleans area after 5 years of backpacking the world and looking to settle down for a year in order to buy something. Honestly, you will never have a better tenant.
