Come join me for an hour of relaxation with deep breathing exercises using meditation techniques.
This is great for stress, high blood pressure, concentration, spiritual connnection, memory, and overall health. Join me in morning class at my home or individualized sessions. We have room for 12 more people. Call, text, or email. Next class runs Mon. Jan 9 - Fri. Jan. 13 at 8am and 10am, $75 per person.
Be sure to bring a mat or towel : )
