We are a small, family owned company located in Tennessee. We disassemble Civil War era factories, cabins, and sometimes barns and granaries, and use that centennial wood to make furniture, floors, and countertops. We also do pub tables, bar tops-- pretty much anything you can think of.
We use all historical methods of construction-- wooden pegs instead of screws, and mortise and tenon joinery like they would have used hundreds of years ago. These pieces are heirloom quality, and will be something you can pass down for generations. We have been featured in magazines such as Architectural Digest and Garden and gun, and we have had the privilege to place our product in many fine homes over the years, especially historical homes in places such as Charleston and Atlanta.
We ship all over the United States. Each of our pieces is made to order, so no two are exactly alike. "They" might not make them like they used to. But we still do. We take weeks to select, groom, dry, and create each piece. Nothing is assembly line made-- everything done by hand, as they would have done it 100 years ago. Give us a shout out today and let us start designing your dream farmhouse space.
