I am selling my boat, which comes with a live-aboard slip.
You don't need to know how to sail or even move the boat if you don't want to. However I am happy to teach you how to sail if that makes a difference.
I posted this in boats for sale:

However I am also posting this in "apartments for rent", as the main appeal of buying this boat is a comfortable place to live at a low cost. The boat can be financed for a few hundred a month and the monthly marina fees (include power) total to ~$450. Then sell (or sail!) the boat when you want to move. I lived here comfortably for over half a year and I'm only moving because of a new job opportunity (away from the water).
This could be a great option for someone who was already interested in tiny home lifestyle wanted to try something else unique. I can give you some tips for setting up for more solar power if you ever want to leave the marina go fully off grid.
Included as part of the boat (if you want to sail it)
- LOA 25'
- Draft 3.5' (wing keel)
- Mast Height 33' (you can sail under the Ted Hickey bridge w/o asking for an opening)
- Honda 9.9 Outboard Motor
- Propane burner
- Handheld VHF, and all other required emergency equipment included.
- Solar panel to top-up battery.
Included inside the boat (great for living aboard)
- Portable AC Unit
- Portable Chest Fridge. It's not the biggest, but I was able to prep and store several days worth of meals at a time.
- Induction place and cookware (nice compliment to the existing propane burner on shore power as it doesn't heat up the boat. Also great for slow cooking if you like to meal prep).
- Brand new cassette toilet included (but never used. Bathroom facilities at marina are excellent).
- Currently Docked at the New Orleans RV Park and Marina if you want to lookup the amenities.
- Laundry Machines onsite.
- Gym & Pool
- Restaurant and small essentials store
