Separate entrances for the front and back rooms.
A door separates the two front rooms from the kitchen and bath, and the primary bedroom and office also have doors separating them from the kitchen and bath. Enter front or back, from the porch or backyard.
One side of a Duplex:
-The first room has a daybed extending to a king-size or two twin beds (trundle).
-The middle room also has a daybed with a trundle/twin bed
-A door separates those two rooms from the full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining table.
-A door separates the kitchen from the Primary Bedroom, which features a Queen bed, and a small room with a twin bed that can be used as an office. The primary bedroom has a door that leads to the yard and laundry room.
Our neighbors are kind and quiet. This home is one block from St. Roch Cemetery, 6 blocks to St. Roch Market.
Utilities are not included, and the cost is up to you/depends on use.
First month rent, last month rent, and a $1,000 deposit due upon move-in. Pets require an additional $500 deposit.
