Left over halloween candy, holiday decor, slim jims, m&m's, dvds, cds.
Yes the military does provide some of the soldiers basics. Yet things from home just makes there routen lifes go by smoothly.

Can pick up in metairie, kenner, river ridge, slidell, laplace, marrero, new orleans or any of the surronding areas. Or if you would like to drop off at any of these loctaions that would be great. I could also pick up after grage sales etc.

Also if there is any thing you would want to send a soldier. or Would like to know how to adopt a soldier fell free to contact me.

If your intersted in sending thank you cards or birthday, holdiay, etc. cards fell free to contact me about those sort of programs as well. Soldiers love cards from school groups and or letters about people state side.

I know my soldier and my brother in law get though the days knowing that the great people at home have there backs with support.

Rember : Friday is red shirt day " supporting our soldiers" it does not mean you do or do not support war. But you support our proud men and woman protecting our country!

Holidays- Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mardi Gras, Etc. any thing you have decorasions for is a holdiay and any thing reminding them of home is great.

Birthday- cards, candles, dvds, disposable camera, flash drives, banners the will be resued around the base

First Aid Kits- q-tips, band-aids, qauze pads, sunblock, bug spray, etc.

Snack Packs- beef jerky, slims, any seeds or nuts, crackers, gum, candy, ceral, etc.

Drink Mix's- gatorade, crystal light, kool-aid, coffee, teas, hot coca, etc.

Religious- small bibles, inpirational readings, crosses.

Hygiene- baby wipes & baby wipes, nail clippers, hair gel, shampoo, soap, tampons - remebr there are womand there as well.

Minatures- mini sized every thing or travel size hand sanitizer, mini m&m's, combs& brushes.

Silly- stickers, toy cars, crazy pictures eevn if printed from an e-mail, any thing to make the laugh.

Playful- hack sack, foot ball, water guns, board games, etc.

Winter- hats, blankets, etc. it does snow

Writting- stamps, boxes of envolopes, stationary, pens, etc.

Fun - paper back books, dvds, cds, etc.
