My place is a 2 bedroom house, 2 stories, 2 bathrooms (2 full beds and a twin sized bed-couch, also I have a twin size futon with no frame that could be put on the floor). The house is a classic New Orleans servant's quarters. That means that it is the house behind the main house. I have a patio, lots of windows, a vegetable garden, and wifi. I have a parking spot that I do not use, but also the adjacent lot is empty and everyone uses it to park on, so really there is a ton of space to park.

The house is fully furnished.I live uptown on Freret and Napoleon, about 5 blocks from the St. Charles Street Car that will drop you off in the CBD and the French Quarter and in the other direction, Audubon Park and the zoo, as well as Tulane and Loyola Universities. Also there are 2 buslines next to the house, one will also drop you off in the CBD. Napoleon is one the main parade routes during Carnival, though you have to walk down to St. Charles to see the parades. ON MARDI GRAS DAY, the REX parade passes the house.

The house is located about a 15 minute walk (5 mnt drive) from Magazine Street, which is one of the main shopping streets. Near me is a comedy club, some new restaurants, a few coffee shops/cafes, and not so far is the famous club, Tipitinas.

$600 per week (under 2 weeks).
For Mardi Gras weekend (February 12-16) the price is $1000.00

The room finished in 2008, sleeps up to four on a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. It also has a mini kitchen. Valet parking is available as parking is very limited.

No pets allowed nor is smoking allowed in the unit. The offering price is for the room only. Charges at the restaurant, bar, etc. are your responsibility. You must be 21 years old and provide a photo I.D. and a major credit card for security purposes at check in.
