Esplanade Avenue, a historic treasure in itself, offers a range of dining options just blocks away. High Cotton Country Manor Main House sleeps 6 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a queen futon. $100.00/night
This spacious house includes two queen bedrooms with 2 full baths. The living room has antiques from many eras
as well as a collection of modern folk art. The game room has a large professional pool table and a great entertainment system.

In-Law Apartment sleeps 2 for $75.00/night.
The in-law apartment is a self contained unit within the Manor. It features a full bed and bath with kitchenette, private entrance and deck.

Rustic Lodge sleeps 4 and features 2 bedrooms with 1 and � baths. $85.00/night
The rustic yet modern lodge is a very private, well appointed country get away with a separate entrance onto the property.

A one-time cleaning fee of $50 will be added to the Manor and a $35 cleaning fee for the Lodge and Apartment.
However, we will gladly forgo this fee if guests agree to clean.
We offer a 10% discount for renting all THREE units at once.

Everything you need is here--grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, yoga--a safe place; people walk and ride bikes all over this area. This old brick building has 14' ceilings, wood floors, full kitchen, 3 beds, futon (4 beds total, 2 private bedrms), 2 baths, W/D, TV/DVD/CD/stereo. Never had flooding here-this is higher ground. Treat yourself--way better than a hotel! You are 10 blocks from French Quarter-- Unit downstairs is available too--so if you have a large party, rent both! It's 1500 sf, 2 bedrms, 1 bath.
