Professional Producer/Director is casting for a FULL LENGTH FEATURE film to be shot starting late january lasting for up to five weeks. Please do not apply unless you can fully commit. I will endeavor to work around jobs and school hours as much as possible.

Please also note, there is no pay. However, the short will be submitted to all the major festivals and I am involved in some large budget film and tv projects next year which are fully paid and for which I am also casting. Hey everybody. On the Lot Productions, LLC is in the process of publishing another book, this time, a cookbook featuring recipes from actors, producers, directors, crew etc from Hollywood South or those that have filmed in Hollywood South. We have collected dozens of recipes from A-List actors, producers etc. from Sony, MTV, the Playmates and more OVER A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS. And now, we want each of you as members of the film and television industry of Hollywood South to participate by submitting your favorite recipes for consideration. You may contribute as many as you want. However, not all recipes will be chosen.

Now for the fun part, there will be lots of pictures and stories included throughout the cookbook. Short ones (around 150-250 words) of a really great moment you have had on a film set, a funny story, or even your favorite celebrity that you worked with or met. Along with these stories submit a jpeg picture along with a caption. The editors will choose the best stories and pictures to include throughout the book which is estimated to be around 200-225 pages in length.

Once completed, the book will be published, hopefully in time for Christmas.

There is a deadline to submit your recipes, short quips and pictures of November 15th, 2009. So don't delay and become a part of something special for Hollywood South. This book will be seen across the country.

We're looking for two residential kitchen/dining rooms to be used as locations. If you have or know of anything that fits the description below, I would appreciate hearing about it.

Needs for each kitchen/dining room:
-The floor plan needs to have the dining room and kitchen separated by an island or some kind of bar.
-The stove needs to be on the island or bar, or if not, it needs to be positioned where we can still get good camera angle/shots of the cook at the stove and the family gathering behind at the table to enjoy a meal together.
-The stove must be a gas stove.
-These rooms need to be in somewhat average homes....not high end/million dollar homes with Viking stoves and such.
-Nine foot ceilings are best, but right now they're thinking they could work in eight foot tall rooms. The locations have to have somewhat roomy floor plans.
-The decor needs to be somewhat Contemporary.

Wants and hopes for each kitchen:
-We hope to find these two homes in New Orleans, but surrounding areas are not out of the question yet. Please do not dismiss a property because of it's location.
-The kitchen/dining room should not be tight. It should also be on the ground level. Some steps are okay.
-Extra space around, such as living rooms, dens, keeping rooms, etc. would certainly add to a location, but is not required.
-Two homes side-by-side that fit the bill would be wonderful, not that I'm expecting to find this.

There will be monetary compensation for the use of the kitchens.

This production is fully covered with the proper insurance and riders will cover the owner(s) of the locations.

Shoot days are currently scheduled for the first week of November. We're looking for less than one day in each home.

Also, I'm looking for an industrial type manufacturing facility/kitchen....we're interested in their cabinet top specifically, not the stove....it needs to be stainless steel.

I need a DP or AC to shoot a PanasonicHVX200 for 3 days. I will be coming to New Orleans to shoot on camera interviews (At a location NOT street interviews) and also need some B roll of Jackson Square and the French Quarter. I will have the camera, tape stock, etc... and just need someone to operate it. I will have Producer, Sound and Director with me. Shoot days are 11/12. 11/13, 11/14. STUDENTS ARE WELCOME! $100 day plus transpo and meals.
