I have a fully furnished 3 bedroom / 3 bath spanish style brickhome in Metairie, a suburb of New Orleans in a very safe and convenient location. I have one bedroom with its own hall bathroom with it's own tub/shower available at $600 per month with 2 closets, and a master bedroom with it's own shower and walk in closet and french doors that open into the front courtyard availalble at $700 per month. The house is located on a dead end street so no thru traffic and plenty of parking. I am only interested in rentals of 6 months or more!

This is a safe single family neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other's homes. No thugs anywhere around. Just 10 minutes from downtown New Orleans, 4 blocks to a huge supermarket, 1 mile from a major mall, and 1 mile to a running park!
I also own a Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness Gym complete with weights, machines, cardio machines, bags, speedbags, boxing ring, MMA Cage, spa, sauna steam and tanning bed that you may have free access to! AnconasMartialArts.com. I also have a fishing and hunting camp just 15 miles away in the Timpken wildlife reserve with plenty of beautiful swamps and marshes that you can fish, hunt, or tour! You can fish right off our own dock! And the Bass fishing has been great lately! It really is a nice area, I can even give you a real Louisiana Swamp Tour if you like! I have a Skeeter bass boat, a Go-Devil mud boat and a 14ft aluminum 25hp Yamaha flat boat I keep at the camp to fish on weekends. Rods and reels are available at the camp all the time!
You can drink and party just be respectful of all in the house, I do work Monday - Friday.
