<description><![CDATA[Hi, I am looking for one more roommate to share an awesome 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor of a house. It is located at the corner of Broadway St. and Willow St., 3 to 5 minute walk to Tulane University. Ideal location for people studying or working at Tulane or Loyola.<br>
<br>
The apartment is spacious, clean, and bright. Central A/C, on-site washer and dryer, hardwood floor (one room with carpet). The kitchen is furnished with stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I've looked at more than a dozen of apartments these days, and this is the one I'm most satisfied with given its condition and price. It's very difficult to find such a nice apartment around the university area within walking distance.<br>
<br>
When I move in, I’ll also bring more stuff, including sofa, dining table, microwave, TV, etc.<br>
<br>
About myself, I am male, laid back, responsible, and always like to make new friends. I just got my Ph.D. degree recently, and will be a visiting scholar at Tulane for at least one year.<br>
<br>
Another roommate graduated last year, and is working at a bank.<br>
<br>
I am looking for one graduate student or professional that is easy-going, considerate, non-smoking, and clean. Hopefully, you not only just want to find a place to stay, but also like to get to know new friends.<br>
<br>
The rent is $680/month/room including utilities (water, gas, electricity). $680 of security deposit and last month of rent required up front.<br>
<br>
The lease will start July 5th, 2008, and end May 31, 2009.<br>
