LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and innovative individual to provide an institution-wide leadership role in a wide range of student enrollment activities and programs within and across the schools of Allied Health, Dentistry, Graduate Studies, Medicine and Nursing. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, successful candidate will maintain American Association of Collegiate Registrar and Admissions Officers standards in the confidential process of issuing transcripts, grade reports, transfer credits and overall records management responsibilities. Incumbent directs and coordinates activities related to preparation, publication and distribution of the university catalog, brochures, handbooks and other academic publications related to enrollment issues. Interfacing with senior level faculty and administrators, successful candidate will set policies, improve functional operations and process and provide advisory support resources for the professional schools within LSU Health Sciences Center.

Required qualifications: Master’s degree and at least 5 years of professional level experience in an academic/higher education environment with demonstrated supervisory skills. Knowledge of higher education enrollment strategies, federal and state laws and critical issues related to student records and registration procedures.
