Hey everyone my name is Jaszmine and I am a 22 year old female in school for fine arts, I am originally from New Jersey but, I have been in New Orleans for 4 years. live on the Westbank but, I have gigs in uptown and mid city so I am normally on the eastbank. I am a very artsy person from clothing to attitude. I am very passionate about my craft but, I also know how to have fun producing work. Now I have a sudden urge to teach the youth how to use what you got and still produce beautiful pieces of art work (i.e. recycled/used goods or creating work on a budget). My main focus is painting but, I do draw and do photography. I feel as though I need to help open the youth/adult mind with expressing oneself with art. I know personally painting is very therapeutic for me and I want to share my newly found knowledge with people especially the youth that wants to learn how to have a voice through art.
