All utilities are included except power (stove and hot water are gas) which ran me $30 this month with the brand-new air conditioner on non-stop. Landlords live on premises as property contains 7 units total including the service quarters. All neighbors are very quiet and have lived here for several years. Maintenance is quick and reliable—this really is a great place to live—I am only leaving for school.
Pets allowed with no deposit! $600 deposit and lease required—available Aug 1 although this date is negotiable.
